Baross Park

This project involved the supply and installation of approximately 60,000 Austral Bricks Chapel Red face bricks, including bullnose bricks, to complement the heritage character of the Memorial Drive Centre Court Redevelopment (MDCCR). The brickwork featured detailed columns with integrated lighting, traditional arches, suspended brick corbelling, and a hand-washed face finish with off-white mortar. Set within the historic Memorial Drive precinct, the redevelopment transforms the site into a contemporary sport and performance venue, with the new brick structures designed to reflect and extend the rich architectural legacy of the original red brick arches.
